Installation of Displays

The exhibit hall will be open for the installation of exhibits during the following hours. Be sure to review your assigned date and time for arriving.

Saturday, June 15

8:00am – 4:30pm (Hall C): Booths in Aisles 1200 & higher, 20 x 20 or larger

Sunday, June 16

8:00am – 4:30pm (Hall C): All booths in Hall C

11:00am – 4:30pm (Halls A/B): 20 x 20 booths or larger

3:00pm – 4:30pm (Halls A/B): All booths

Monday, June 17

8:00am – 4:30pm (Halls A/B & C): All Exhibitors, All Booths

Dismantling Dates and Hours

The exhibit hall will be open for exhibit dismantling from:

Thursday, June 20: 6:00pm – 10:30pm - All booths in Hall A must be packed this evening.

Friday, June 21: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Saturday, June 22: 8:00am – Noon
