The fellow will work at the intersection of neuroscience and computational modeling with a multidisciplinary team of researchers involving MR physicists, neuroscientists, and computer scientists. The work will involve working (modeling) with a combination of diffusion MRI data and EEG data, ultra-high resolution diffusion MRI data analysis using machine learning or deep learning techniques. The fellow will also be involved with other projects including development/validation of diffusion tractography. You will also work with diffusion data obtained from novel sequences developed in the lab. The position also entails working in a diseased population to determine differences in tissue microstructure. This position is for 2 years.
